4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you provide to Syndraft. Syndraft retains all rights to its platform, agents, and underlying technology. Content generated by Syndraft agents for you is yours once approved and published.
5. Restrictions
You may not use Syndraft for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.
6. Limitation of Liability
Syndraft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
