We collect information you provide during onboarding, including your name, company info, and signal source URLs. We also collect usage data and technical information to improve our services. Credentials for third-party connectors (like Sentry or Intercom) are encrypted at rest.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and maintain our agents, process your drafts, and provide customer support. Your signal source data is used exclusively to inform the agents you have configured.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All connector credentials and API keys are AES-256-GCM encrypted. Our database uses tenant-level isolation to ensure your data is never accessible by other users.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, all company data is deleted within 30 days. You can export your data at any time via the Settings dashboard.
5. Third-Party Services
Syndraft integrates with third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to provide inference services. Data sent to these providers is used only for generating your drafts and is subject to their respective privacy policies.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage your data and account settings directly through the Syndraft dashboard.
